LiquidEarth – Flood Forecast is a prototype application that provides flood inundation forecast for Kulkandi region in Bangladesh in an easily understandable intuitive manner. The forecast is generated based on Jason 3 satellite altimetry data at several points in upper Brahmaputra river. The target end user of LiquidEarth app is farmers, weaver, small traders, and local administration of Kulkandi.
